Developer Notes

Input tips should be wrapped in a div of class ux-form-input-tip and immediately follow the input field (or an error message if one exists) within the same table cell. Text wrapping and margins are now specified in the CSS.

Last Name:	This is an error message. This is an input tip that shows how input tips relate to error messages.
E-mail Address:	This is an input tip that provides guidance for this form field and is extremely long-winded. This shows how text wrapping, which should happen infrequently, will appear. Manual page breaks are still possible, but the CSS should provide automatic line-breaks with the correct margins.
