If you are including responsive layout functionality then multiple column forms (ux-tabl-form-multicol) will automatically adjust to the size of the screen: first by stacking the labels on top of the fields and then by reducing the number of columns. Resize the width of the screen to view the example above change.

Note: IE8 does not support responsive layout.
